Project Brief
Elsternwick already had everything a buyer could want—leafy streets, a café on every corner, trams at the door, and sea views from the upper levels. What 483 Glen Huntly Road needed was a brand identity that could translate that neighbourhood character into a compelling residential proposition—one that felt like it belonged to the street, not imposed upon it. We decoded the suburb’s distinctly human scale—village culture, walkable amenity, the easy rhythm of inner-Melbourne bayside life—and built a brand world around it. Elana. Warm, considered, effortlessly connected. The identity reflected the leafy urban surrounds at every touchpoint—brand, communications suite, and full project marketing—giving Circa’s 49-apartment corner development a presence that felt as established as the suburb itself. Early sales went to couples and young professionals already living nearby. The neighbourhood recognised itself.
