Project Brief
A landmark mixed-use residential and retail development in the heart of South Yarra needed more than a name and a sales campaign. It needed a brand world with enough style, confidence, and cultural relevance to match its Chapel Street address. Our ideation drew directly from South Yarra’s standing as Melbourne’s fashion capital, blending the glamour of the Roaring Twenties, the attitude of the Sixties, and a modern contemporary edge into one cohesive market presence. We created the brand identity and brand image, then extended that world into the project’s key selling tools, with the Chapel Street display suite as the centrepiece, supported by a miniature model and coffee table book. The result was a more immersive project identity designed to elevate perception and position Vogue South Yarra as a destination with presence, style, and enduring appeal.
Project Scope: Brand identity, brand image, display suite, miniature model & coffee table book
